If you're running late its really important that you note your sweetheart right away, WHETHER YOU HAVE FINISHED OR NOT.
It is your obligation to let them know that they haven't been forgotten and to apologize/explain why you're gift will be late!
No one's going to be angry with you :) don't worry. We're all kind understanding people, here. But it is still important for you to take responsibility and finish your gift!

This was so fun to participate in. Though I'm sad that the person never replied to my note. If they had an a problem or something I would have understood and would have told them that they didn't have to do my gift.
